TANF Employee Engagement Survey

The Gallup Organization created a feedback system for employers that would identify and measure elements of worker engagement most tied to the bottom line--things such as personal development, productivity, and customer loyalty.
After hundreds of focus groups and thousands of interviews with employees in a variety of industries, Gallup came up with a 12-question survey that identifies strong feelings of employee engagement.
This survey is anonymous and voluntary. It will reflect how our organization is perceived and how we can improve (with your input). Please take a moment to complete the survey. It should only take a few minutes but you are welcome to expand on your answers if you wish.
